WE have been enjoying Rentown for years. I would not buy bulk cheese anywhere else. When making Mac and cheese for a crowd you can't beat their prices on the ends and misshapen chunks. lots of deals all over the nice clean store. Warning tho, like many other small businesses they now have an up charge if you pay with a card.

We spend a month in Indiana while our coach was having warranty work done. We found this place by chance, after having the most delicious breakfast at Dutch Restaurant. The store was literally across the road. The bread & butter pickles are out of this world, as are all the baked goods! Very friendly staff, loved seeing all the horses and carriages outside the store! We will be back! Highly recommended the store and restaurant!

I've lived around here all my life and we used to do a fair amount of business with the local community in hogs and beagles. Although I have never been to the restaurant at Rentown I already know the meal would be good. The store itself is a place I don't dare walk into when hungry. Everything we've bought has been good. ~the McCollough family

Such fun! Great products, and delicious food at the Restaurant. Now, the beautiful weather made our adventure more fun, but we are returning next week with my Dad.

This is a great Yoder like general store with a good amount of Amish baked goods reminiscent of Rise and Roll Bakery in Shipshewana. The recipes for cookies etc taste VERY similar, but Shipshewana has em beat in the end. They do have ALOT of different products in the store though. Amazing Amish Furniture across the way and a Amish restaurant there also. Cool place though it's a very isolated small pocket of Amish life, BUT AWESOME! I talked to a younger Amish male just graduated from 8th grade. Amish only go to school to 8th grade then work on the farm. He was exuberant telling me about hunting deer when I asked what he liked to do. And I talked to an Amish girl recently engaged, the divorce rate of Amish is near non existent because they sacrifice themselves and do what they do for God and their fam, not for just themselves. She was happy to be getting married, but had no immediate desire or plans to move in with the guy! They were going to be waiting several years until their parents got a bit older then take over the farm and make an addition to the farmhouse for their OG parents. cooooooooooooooool. Cool random meetings of Amish here were the highlight

This was a country store and market that we visited outside of Nappanee, Indiania in Bremen, Indiania. The store carried housewares, bulk foods, toys, bread, pies, cookies, cakes, and cinnamon rolls. We bought sandwich meat and bread and cheese. We bought a whole pie for $8.00 which was a great price. We made lunch from a store purchase and had a great impromptu picnic! This was a pleasant stop with great homemade treats!

On a recommendation from a friend's father, this was our adventure on a Friday afternoon. It's located in the middle of Amish country and it's absolutely lovely. Fresh homemade items along with housewares, toys, and bulk food items. They are known for their fresh homemade cheeses! If ever in Bremen, IN you must check it out!

Visited this store several times during my stay in Nappanee. Found it to be very clean with good food quality. Good prices especially in the area of meats and cheese. Cereal out dated on many boxes but mark down to pennies. Will go back
